This role focuses on strategic hiring in a global consulting environment. You will work in a dynamic, multi-country organization, leveraging digital sourcing and university engagement to attract candidates fluent in English and French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing, and employer branding.
• Proficient in direct sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and other channels; fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruiting from role understanding to onboarding.
• Strategic collaboration with business managers on talent pipelines.
• Digital sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, and creative methods.
• Brand ambassador at networking events and university fairs.
• Lead process improvements with global Talent Acquisition teams.
