Empleando Cancún Mx is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our recruitment processes and support our growing team in Cancún, Mexico.

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, design innovative sourcing strategies, and build active talent pools while championing a seamless candidate experience. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience handling multiple roles.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with results focus.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate debrief sessions to support final hiring decisions.
• Recruit for roles from entry-level to senior leadership.
• Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies across digital platforms.
• Build talent pools and engage potential candidates actively.
• Evaluate psychometric assessments to inform hiring decisions.
• Support HR initiatives and refine onboarding processes.
