Job summary

Bruker in Mexico City is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across assigned business groups in Mexico and the United States. You will partner with hiring managers, HR Partners, and stakeholders to attract and hire high-quality talent, with light onboarding support for Mexico-based hires.

Based in Mexico, you will develop proactive sourcing strategies, manage multiple requisitions, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring compliance and accurate recruiting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting multiple business functions and competing hiring priorities.
• Strong sourcing skills, including passive candidates.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, helping define hiring needs, recruiting strategies, and priorities.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and transition to onboarding.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Guide hiring managers throughout the recruitment process using market insights, candidate availability, and recruiting data.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and effective interview coordination.
• Partner with Compensation, HR, and HR Operations on compensation recommendations, offers, and onboarding.
• Provide local support for Mexico-based hires, including coordinating required documentation and signatures, welcoming new employees on their first day, and assisting with related onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data within the applicant tracking system and follow established processes and compliance requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
