PepsiCo is seeking a Global TA Analyst in Mexico City to lead end-to-end recruitment for professional roles, aligning with local requirements and business talent needs. You will work with Hiring Managers and stakeholders, screen candidates, source talent, and negotiate offers while driving SLA/KPI performance and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years of recruitment experience, advanced English, and experience with ICIMS or similar ATS.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree (Business, Psychology, HR, or related).
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably globally.
• Advanced English.
• Prior experience with ICIMS or another Candidate Management System/Applicant Tracking System.
• Proven ability to influence internal clients/hiring teams on staffing-related decisions.
• Collaborative team player with strong client partnerships.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Discretion and professionalism handling sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Constant communication with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders.
• Deliver correct screen and sourcing aligned with business requirement.
• Candidate sourcing and prescreening for open positions.
• Identify qualified candidate slate and make recommendations to TA Local.
• Develop and negotiate the offer terms (e.g. comp, sign on bonus, vacation time, benefits).
• Deliver services at the defined SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement service delivery and process improvement opportunities.
• Manage escalation and take ownership for ultimate issues resolution.
