PepsiCo is seeking a Professional Recruiter focused on professional hiring in Mexico City. You will attract, assess, and hire top talent by partnering with hiring managers, HR partners, and stakeholders to design and execute strategic recruitment plans.

You will leverage market insights, employer branding, and structured interviewing to ensure a positive candidate experience and data-driven hiring decisions across the organization.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in full recruitment lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong knowledge of interviewing techniques and candidate assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and create recruitment plans.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and salary benchmarks.
• Guide hiring managers on interviewing Best practices and inclusive hiring standards.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: requisitions, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
