Formación

• 3+ years of experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong knowledge of talent assessment methodologies and interviewing techniques.
• Experience with recruitment marketing principles and various channels (social media, job boards).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and craft recruitment plans.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer.
• Conduct structured interviews using the established framework and assess candidate fit.
• Track metrics and analyze data to improve hiring outcomes.
• Support global Talent Acquisition initiatives and SME networks.
