Responsibilities include strategy meetings, market intelligence, and end-to-end lifecycle management, from requisitions to offers, with a focus on DEI and compliant processes. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• 3+ years managing full recruitment lifecycle in corporate or agency settings.
• Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding.
• Proficient in interviewing techniques and assessments.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recruitment strategy meetings with hiring managers.
• Source active and passive candidates using multiple channels.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer.
• Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence.
• Ensure compliance with policies and DEI standards.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and senior leaders.
