PepsiCo Inc. in Mexico is seeking a People Planning Analyst to deliver data-driven talent insights that support global People Planning and Talent Management strategies.

The role analyzes talent data, develops reports and dashboards, supports talent reviews, and partners with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to drive informed people decisions. A strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience working with large datasets and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams across regions and organizational levels.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Selfstarter with a proactive mindset and ownership mentality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support global People Planning and Talent Review processes across multiple sectors and regions.
• Analyze talent data and generate actionable insights to support business and talent decisions.
• Develop, maintain, and validate talent reports, dashboards, and analytics using various HR systems and reporting tools.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Management teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across talent management platforms and reports.
• Support succession planning, talent calibration, talent card management, and talent pipeline reviews.
• Manage and prioritize multiple requests while ensuring high levels of service and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate reporting, and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, reports, and data summaries for leadership reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Analytics, Technology, and Global Talent Management.
• Maintain documentation, process guidelines, and operational standards to support business continuity.
