PepsiCo in Mexico is seeking a Payroll Senior Analyst for the US payroll portfolio to oversee end-to-end processing and provide guidance across regions. You will partner with HR and operations to ensure compliant, timely payroll execution and build trusted relationships with business partners involved in Sales and Service Ops.

The role requires strong English communication, 2+ years in payroll/finance, and a habit of continuous improvement using Lean or related methodologies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance processes.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll data analysis.
• Ability to adapt to changes and manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Desirable knowledge of HR processes and process improvement methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for the US region and related partners.
• Ensure timely service delivery and SLA adherence while driving process improvements.
• Develop knowledge of PepsiCo US policies to optimize payroll workflows.
• Collaborate with HR and operations to align payroll with policies and goals.
• Escalate issues and act as the main point of contact for payroll discrepancies.
• Manage payroll requests via ticketing systems and maintain documentation in TEAMS.
