PepsiCo is seeking a Total Rewards Partner Manager in Mexico City to collaborate with HR and leaders on developing reward strategies, compensation programs, and employee benefits. You will guide salary reviews, market analyses, and workforce planning while ensuring programs are competitive and compliant.

The role requires strong analytic skills, experience with senior stakeholders, and fluency in English and Spanish within a dynamic global company.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 7+ years in Total Rewards, Compensation, or Benefits with direct responsibility for compensation strategy and senior leader collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits programs, benchmarking, and job evaluation practices.
• Experience leading compensation processes, including salary reviews and incentive programs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide business recommendations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement reward strategies that align with business goals and enhance the employee experience.
• Advise leaders on compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs.
• Lead annual compensation activities, including salary reviews and market analysis.
• Support workforce planning and organizational design through job evaluations and career framework guidance.
• Analyze market trends and workforce data to provide insights for talent attraction and retention.
• Ensure programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
• Help implement and communicate employee benefits and wellbeing programs.
• Educate leaders and employees on Total Rewards programs and practices.
• Contribute to pay transparency, process improvement, and digital solutions projects.
• Build partnerships across HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business teams.
