Job summary

ALLNEX in Guadalajara, MX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders and support the end-to-end order fulfillment process. You will act as a key link between customers and internal functions to ensure accurate documentation and timely shipments.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, warehouses, carriers, Credit, and PSRA to resolve delivery issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service is preferred; basic understanding of Supply Chain, logistics, order fulfillment, inventory management, and transportation processes.
• Strong customer focus; good knowledge of standard office software.
• Resourceful, with initiative and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Takes care of customers and their orders, inquiries, and complaints in a consistent, fast, friendly, and communicative manner, aligned with customer needs.
• Receives customer orders (email, customer portal, EDI, phone) and enters them into the ERP system (SAP / customer portal).
• Follows up on customer orders and negotiates order details with customers (delivery dates, quantities, partial deliveries).
• Manages customer complaints, identifying and implementing solutions when related to Customer Service.
• Ensures timely communication, shipment, and documentation with Sales/BU, order fulfillment teams, Credit, and PSRA.
• Coordinates effectively with all areas of the Supply Chain and stakeholders.
