Flex is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Guadalajara, North Campus, to manage key customer accounts and support end-to-end order fulfillment.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will analyze issues, coordinate shipments, and ensure on-time delivery while communicating in English and using ERP systems. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering completed.
• Knowledge of shipping and logistics.
• Knowledge of electronic invoicing.
• Customer service: focus on customer needs.
• ERP BAAN, FTS, BPM a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Intermediate Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, propose solutions, and resolve issues.
• Use system applications to deliver complete, high‑quality services.
• Identify when customers need additional explanations or training.
• Manage orders through the E2E process from receipt to shipment with OTD goals.
• Negotiate by listening to others’ needs to reach agreements.
• Execute and meet delivery commitments with the customer and Flex.
