ALLNEX, a global coatings company, is seeking an Export Specialist in Guadalajara, Mexico. You will coordinate export shipments from U.S. manufacturing sites to customers worldwide, collaborating with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal partners to ensure on-time delivery and high service levels.

Formación

• 1–3 years in export operations or logistics
• Experience with freight forwarders and international shipping
• Strong customer focus and stakeholder management
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Experience with SAP ERP preferred

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate export shipments from production to customers
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams
• Serve as a point of contact with customers and logistics partners
• Help optimize shipping costs while meeting delivery times
• Maintain shipping records and ensure compliance with regs
