Flex is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Guadalajara team, handling key customer accounts and supporting end-to-end order management from receipt to shipment coordination. The role reports to the Program Manager and requires strong communication, problem-solving, and process coordination.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or Engineering, knowledge of shipping, invoicing, and ERP systems, and intermediate to advanced English with solid Excel skills to support OTD, AR,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Engineering completed.
Knowledge of shipping and logistics.
Knowledge of electronic invoicing.
Customer service focused on meeting customer needs.
Intermediate to advanced English.
Intermediate Excel.

Responsibilities

Analyze, propose solutions, and resolve issues.
Identify when customers need explanations or training and provide a solution.
Manage orders through the end-to-end process from order receipt to shipment coordination.
Negotiate by listening to customer needs to reach agreements.
Ensure delivery commitments with customers and with Flex.
