Job summary

ALLNEX is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Guadalajara, MX to manage orders and support end-to-end fulfillment. The role links customers with Sales, Logistics, and PSRA to ensure timely shipments and accurate documentation.

Advanced English is required as you will interact with stakeholders across the United States in a global environment. This position offers an international working experience within a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service preferred; basic understanding of Supply Chain, logistics, order fulfillment, inventory management and transportation processes.
• Strong customer focus and knowledge of standard office software.
• Resourceful with initiative and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken) due to interaction with US customers.

Responsibilities

• Takes care of customers and their orders, inquiries, and complaints in a consistent, fast, friendly, and communicative manner, aligned with customer needs.
• Receives customer orders (email, customer portal, EDI, phone) and enters them into the ERP system (SAP / customer portal).
• Follows up on customer orders and negotiates order details with customers (delivery dates, quantities, partial deliveries).
• Manages customer complaints, identifying and implementing solutions when they are related to Customer Service.
• Ensures timely communication, shipment, and documentation through interaction with Sales/BU, order fulfillment teams, Credit, and PSRA.
• Coordinates effectively with all areas of the Supply Chain and internal/external stakeholders.
