Qualifications

• English language proficiency at an intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately from intake to delivery.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to gather information and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy and timely completion of activities.
• Monitor pending transactions, manage approvals, and escalate risks or delays.
• Provide post-sales support and timely updates to customers.
