Job summary

SoftwareOne in Mexico City is seeking a Sales Support Operations Specialist to join our Global Digital Supply Chain team. In this hybrid role, you will own the end-to-end operational customer journey, handling requests from intake through resolution and serving as a primary contact for assigned accounts.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, Procurement, and Service Delivery Managers, monitor key data, prioritise activities, and ensure timely follow-up to deliver superior service to NORAM

Responsibilities

• Manage customer requests end-to-end, from initial intake through follow-up and resolution.
• Take ownership of assigned customer accounts, developing a strong understanding of their business and interactions with SoftwareOne.
• Manage customer communications, including mailbox requests, questions, information requests, quotes, and orders.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Procurement, Service Delivery Managers, and other stakeholders to coordinate operational activities and resolve customer needs.
• Analyze account and operational data, maintain visibility of key information, and effectively prioritize multiple requests and activities.
