Scope: Full-time | Software & Cloud Delivery | Location:Ciudad de Mexico

• Do you enjoy working with customers while ensuring every order is processed accurately and on time?
• Are you a recent University graduate and would like to build a career in a global technology company supporting customers across NORAM, LATAM, and other international markets?

As an Order Management Associate, you will play a key role in processing customer orders and supporting post-sales activities throughout the order lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to ensure orders are completed accurately, issues are resolved efficiently, and customers receive an exceptional experience after the sale.

What you will do:

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from order intake through delivery.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to gather information, resolve issues, and ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain high quality standards, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all activities.
• Monitor pending transactions, manage approvals, and elevate risks or delays when necessary.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by managing after-sales inquiries, resolving post-sales issues, and providing timely updates through resolution.

What we need to see from you

• Previous experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Sales Support, Customer Support, or similar operational/customer-facing roles.
• Experience managing orders, documentation, customer requests, or administrative/commercial processes.
• Intermediate to advanced English level required, with confidence communicating with global stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a service-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
