Stripe Delivery Centers in Mexico City is seeking an operations specialist to troubleshoot external user issues, analyze processes, and collaborate across teams to scale our global support operations. You will learn our products and workflows, helping drive process improvements while supporting a growing operation.

This role requires weekend shift availability (Sun–Thu or Tue–Sat) and daytime hours, and you will contribute to building a brand-new operational culture within Stripe.
