Stripe's Mexico City office is seeking a dedicated customer operations professional to troubleshoot external user issues, analyze processes, and help scale our operations. You will work closely with teams to improve product offerings and messaging, gaining insights from thousands of Stripe users and contributing to building a brand-new operational culture that places the user first.
