Stripe is seeking an Operations Associate for Managed Support in Mexico City. This full-time onsite role supports a high-volume operations environment, focusing on troubleshooting external user issues and scalable process improvements across cross-functional teams.

You’ll join a mission-driven team with a strong emphasis on collaboration, excellence, and customer outcomes, helping Stripe increase the GDP of the internet while delivering best-in-class support experiences.

Formación

• Customer-focused mindset and willingness to troubleshoot complex issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer service or internal/external user-facing operations
• Interest in learning technical products and processes, and solving user challenges
• Organized self-starter with a bias for action
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, in-office, collaborative environment
• Willingness to work a weekend shift pattern (Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat) with 9-hour daytime shifts
