Job summary

ARQ, a fast-growing fintech, is hiring a licensing leader to own the global licensing workstream. You will track active and upcoming licenses across jurisdictions and drive deliverables with product, legal, operations, and finance.

You will work with senior leadership and external counsel, turning regulatory requirements into concrete plans, building scalable processes, and ensuring timely submissions and compliance across markets.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in high-performance environments such as management consulting or fast-growing startups.
• Exceptional structured problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
• Proven project management and organisational ability.
• Strong learning velocity across legal, regulatory, financial, and technical domains.
• High ownership mentality with bias for action.
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the global licensing workstream end to end across jurisdictions.
• Maintain a single source of truth for active and upcoming licenses and milestones.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable workstreams for product, legal, operations, and finance.
• Design and improve internal licensing processes, templates, and playbooks.
