ARQ is seeking a globally focused Licensing Lead to own end-to-end licensing workstreams across jurisdictions. You will track active and upcoming licenses, drive deliverables with product, legal, operations, and finance, and secure the permissions needed to operate and scale.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a high-performance environment (MBB consulting or early leadership at a high-growth startup).
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable workstreams for multiple teams.
• Experience drafting regulatory submissions and internal documents with precision.

Responsibilities

• Own the global licensing pipeline and track all active and upcoming licenses across jurisdictions.
• Maintain a single source of truth for license expansions across banking, payments, wealth, and crypto.
• Coordinate with product, legal, operations, and finance to meet regulatory needs.
• Draft submissions, policy documents, and regulatory responses with rigour.
• Act as the bridge between global teams and in-market licensing leads to remove blockers.
