• 3-6 years of experience in a high-performance environment (e.g., MBB consulting or early leadership at a high-growth startup).
• Exceptional structured problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to turn complexity into clear plans.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, capable of synthesizing complexity for senior audiences.
• Proven project management and organizational ability; manage multiple high-stakes workstreams.
• Strong learning velocity and curiosity; operate across legal, regulatory, financial, and technical subjects.
• High ownership mentality with bias for action; take initiative and drive outcomes.
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, early-stage environments with limited structure and high ambiguity.

Responsabilités

• Own the global licensing pipeline, tracking licenses across jurisdictions and ensuring timely delivery.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable workstreams for product, engineering, operations, finance, and legal teams.
• Draft and structure submissions, regulatory responses, and internal materials with precision.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions preparation and go-live audits, ensuring readiness across teams.
