Job summary

Essity is seeking an HR Digital Support Coordinator to be the first point of contact for HR system queries. Based in our Santa Fe office, you will resolve tickets in the HRIS, share knowledge, and contribute to automation and continuous improvement across Mexico and Europe.

You will collaborate with colleagues, support HR communities, and help deliver user-friendly digital services while providing timely, accurate responses and fostering an excellent employee experience.

Qualifications

• Requires studies in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Experience with ticketing systems and HR administration or service roles.
• Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to learn quickly as a trusted go-to person.
• Intermediate English for communication via email, chat, and calls.

Responsibilities

• Resolve HR system queries and tickets promptly and accurately in the HRIS.
• Analyze and improve processes with root-cause analysis and automation opportunities.
• Manage knowledge and share expertise across the HR community.
• Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and HR teams.
• Collaborate with other units to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support development and improvement of HR digital services and processes.
• Turn insights into actions to enhance efficiency and user experience.
