Essity Higiene y Salud México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking an HR Digital Support Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for HR system queries.

Based in our Santa Fe office, you will manage tickets, contribute to knowledge management, and help automate processes across our HR function. You will collaborate with colleagues in Mexico and Europe, support continuous improvement, and drive user-friendly, efficient HR services that empower employees and managers to resolve issues quickly and

Competenze

• Studies in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Experience with ticketing systems and HR administration.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate English for email/chat/calls.
