You will resolve tickets, share knowledge, and contribute to automation while collaborating with teams across Mexico and Europe to support our global HR community.

Qualifications

• Experience handling tickets in HRIS systems and HR admin or service roles.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and willingness to learn and become a go-to person.
• Intermediate English for email, chat, and calls.
