Essity is seeking an HR Digital Support Coordinator based in the Santa Fe office, working with teams in Mexico and Europe to deliver global HR system support. You will be the first contact for HRIS queries, resolve tickets, and contribute to continuous improvements and automation across the HR digital services.

You should have experience with HR ticketing, HR administration, and familiarity with Workday or similar platforms, plus strong communication skills in English to engage with colleagues

Competenze

• Studies in HRM or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience with ticketing systems and HR administration or service roles.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Intermediate English sufficient for email, chat and calls.
