Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• 2–3 years in HR administration, operations, or coordination.
• Experience with HR systems and data management; strong data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely HR support.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities and communications.
• Manage employee changes, leaves, and HR transactions in HR systems.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure policy compliance.
• Guide on HR policies and escalate complex matters when needed.
• Assist with employee relations documentation and case coordination.
• Support local HR process implementation and engagement initiatives.
