Takeda Innovation Solutions Mexico S.A de C.V. seeks an HR Generalist to deliver Global HR Service Delivery across the employee lifecycle from the Santa Fe site. You will support Tier 2 queries, manage HR transactions, and contribute to HR transformation through AI-enabled tools and standardized processes.

You will partner with HR stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient service delivery while maintaining data integrity and a human-centric employee experience across regions.

Formación

• Experience in HR Shared Services / People Operations / Customer Care.
• Familiarity with case management systems (ServiceNow) and Workday.
• Exposure to global HR processes and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities (hire, changes, leave, termination).
• Deflect Tier 1 queries to self-service and AI-enabled front door solutions.
• Resolve Tier 2 employee and manager queries across multiple channels.
• Execute HR transactions in systems such as Workday and ServiceNow with high accuracy.
