TELUS Health in Mexico City is seeking an Account Manager to be the trusted wellness expert and strategic partner to our B2B client portfolio. You will build loyalty, expand our impact within accounts, and collaborate across teams in a hybrid role.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in B2B account management, intermediate English, and proficiency with Salesforce and Excel. You will analyze client data, present KPI reviews, and drive cross-selling of EAP services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing B2B client portfolios in a similar role (account management, client success, or related)
• Intermediate English (written and verbal)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, reporting)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic partner to B2B client portfolio, building trust and loyalty through proactive engagement
• Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities: expand EAP services, introduce new wellness offerings, and scale to additional geographies or business units within your portfolio
• Coordinate launches and relaunches of EAP services; manage timelines and stakeholder expectations
• Analyze client data, usage patterns, and feedback to inform strategic decisions and service improvements
