CHINT is expanding its Mexican operations with a focus on after-sales engineering and regional support. We seek a professional with 1–3 years of experience to help handle technical issues, guide installations, and maintain service records for customers.

You will work across regions providing on-site or remote support, coordinating service engineers, and ensuring timely delivery of services and documentation while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of power transformers, HV switches, substations, capacitors, insulators.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and office software.

Responsabilidades

• Assist regional and other departments with after-sales issues, classify information and forward to production; resolve issues and track progress to closure; maintain after-sales service records with data analysis.
• Identify faults from user feedback and provide solutions including installation, debugging, maintenance, repair, replacement, and upgrades.
• Provide on-site or remote technical support and installation guidance.
• Complete after-sales service work, maintain customer relationships, and understand user requirements.
• Prepare materials and components according to site or user needs.
• Summarize issue handling and organize related reports and documentation.
• Collect user feedback and propose improvements for operations.
• Follow safety regulations and EH&S requirements and comply with company policies.
• Manage dispatch of service engineers, authorized engineers, and subcontractors; urge timely project completion.
• Coordinate regional personnel and subcontractors; update weekly work reports and expense records.
• Provide quotations and signing services for paid services and spare parts contracts.
• Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
