Draslovka Holding Company in Mexico City seeks an experienced field/technical support engineer to back sales, service and product development. You will diagnose hardware faults, support software and embedded systems, calibrate instruments, and deliver client-focused demonstrations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering or mechatronic engineering.
• 2+ years in electronic fault diagnosis, system improvements, and Linux support.
• Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency; willing to travel up to 50% internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose hardware faults and validate repairs through testing.
• Provide software/firmware support and troubleshoot embedded systems.
• Install, calibrate, and service instruments at client sites.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Assist with QC, documentation, and process improvements.
• Support PSS contract renewals with technical insights.
