Growatt New Energy in Mexico is seeking a Mexico Technical Service Engineer to provide remote technical support to distributors and installers across the country, and to visit sites when necessary for on-site assistance.

The role focuses on repairing inverters, diagnosing faults, and organizing after-sales service data, while guiding installers through installation, monitoring, and ongoing operation and maintenance of residential photovoltaic systems.

Formación

• Hold a background in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Automation.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in solar PV will be prioritized.
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer and office software operations, enabling efficient data management and technical documentation.
• Exhibit a proactive and responsible work attitude, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit.
• Be capable of effectively executing project goals and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical support to distributors and installers in Mexico, and offer on-site support when necessary.
• Repair inverters, diagnose faults, and organize after-sales service data.
• Guide and support installers in the installation, monitoring, and operation and maintenance of residential photovoltaic power stations.
• Provide promotional support to the sales team.
