Agilent Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support for Agilent and multi-vendor systems in northern Mexico. You will install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks at customer sites, diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and ensure optimal system performance.

Strong English, problem solving, and customer service skills are essential. The role requires willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license, with a robust collaboration

Formación

• Located in Guadalajara, MX is required.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 45%+ of the time.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites.
• Mexican passport and U.S. Visa.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, optimize, and maintain hardware, software, and network products at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, system, and product performance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and service activities.
• Provide on-site technical support and training to field engineers and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
