Agilent Technologies, Inc. in Guadalajara, MX, seeks a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support for Agilent and multi-vendor system solutions.

This role covers installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize customer downtime. You will install, configure, test hardware, software, and network products at customer sites, train customers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Formación

• Candidate must be located in Guadalajara, MX.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 45%+ of the time.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site technical support for Agilent and multi-vendor system solutions.
• Install, configure, optimize, and maintain hardware, software, and network products at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, system, and product performance issues in a timely manner.
• Deliver fully integrated solutions and advise customers on preventive maintenance and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor field engineers and end users.
