Sequoia in Mexico City is seeking a Client Analyst to partner with consulting teams and Finance/HR to provide data-driven insights shaping client benefit programs.

The role requires 5+ years in benefits consulting or healthcare, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with clients and teams. Salesforce experience is a plus, and the firm emphasizes equal opportunity and competitive compensation.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in benefits consulting or healthcare fields.
• Strong project management skills with high attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to interface cross-departmentally and with clients and partners.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Experience related to group health insurance and/or employee benefits programs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Put together financial analyses including underwriting, renewal review, employee contribution modeling, market analysis and benchmarking.
• Prepare and speak to reporting packages and insights on demographic data and trends, including post-implementation changes.
• Provide insight on network differentials and disruption.
• Assist with the preparation of financial modeling and forecasting using actuarial tools.
• Design reports such as: claims reporting, client benchmarking, benefit cost analysis, enrollment overviews, plan comparisons and merger and acquisition analysis.
• Deliver accurate and reliable claim reporting and financial modeling used to drive client decisions.
• Increase efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improve processes or create new ones.
• Develop client and carrier relationships.
• Review and maintain client data within Salesforce.
• Communicate and liaise effectively with client team members and clients regarding strategic project execution.
