SEGULA Technologies is seeking a proactive Mid-Level Project Engineer to bridge engineering project management with data systems coordination in a global setting. You will lead project execution to meet cost, quality, schedule, and margin targets while building strong client partnerships.

You will design dashboards and automated workflows using Power BI, Google Suite, SharePoint, and Monday.com to improve visibility and drive continuous improvement across international projects.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in project management, engineering resource coordination, or data management.
• Languages: Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering project execution, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and budget parameters.
• Manage workforce allocation, onboarding, and operational follow-ups for client programs.
• Prepare and validate tender responses, project preparation, and steering structures.
• Apply project management standards and support team recruitment and development.
