Qualifications

• 5–7 years in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales within tech or digital services.
• Proven ability to identify and close strategic opportunities with C-level executives.
• Experience working in distributed remote teams and using collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive BD strategy to drive market penetration and revenue growth for digital transformation services.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnerships with technology providers and SI partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and untapped segments.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners at executive levels.
• Lead negotiations and structuring of complex deals and partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align go-to-market plans.
• Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences to generate leads.
• Develop compelling business cases and proposals to secure new business.
• Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting to senior leadership.
