Job summary

Amodress seeks a strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth for a global digital transformation leader. This fully remote role lets you work from anywhere in Mexico, focusing on new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth through innovative BD initiatives.

You will shape growth strategies, network with C-level executives, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to unlock new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships or enterprise sales in tech/digital services.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through BD initiatives.
• Ability to influence and engage C-level executives and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a BD strategy to drive market penetration and revenue growth for digital transformation services.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with technology providers and system integrators.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and untapped segments.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients and partners at executive levels.
• Lead negotiation and structuring of complex deals and partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align GTM strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events and webinars to generate leads.
• Develop compelling business cases and proposals to secure new business.
• Manage a pipeline and provide accurate forecasting to leadership.
