Gaia Design is seeking a strategic Business Development Manager to identify and secure new market opportunities for digital transformation services from anywhere in Mexico. You will build high-level partnerships, drive revenue growth, and shape the growth strategy in emerging markets while working effectively in a fully remote environment.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience in enterprise sales or partnerships, fluent Spanish and English, and a proven ability to engage C-level executives,

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales in tech/services.
• Proven track record of developing strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Fluent Spanish and English; ability to engage C-level executives.
• Remote-friendly with strong self-management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for digital transformation services.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with technology providers and SI partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and new segments.
• Build long-term executive relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Lead negotiations and structure complex deals and agreements.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams on GTM plans.
• Represent the company at events and webinars to generate leads and visibility.
• Develop compelling business cases and proposals to win new business.
• Manage a pipeline and provide forecasting to leadership.
