Universidad En Movimiento / Umov Academy seeks a strategic, results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth for digital transformation services from a fully remote location in Mexico. You will identify new market opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and lead revenue growth through innovative BD initiatives.

The role requires strong technical understanding, executive-level networking, and self-management in a virtual setting.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales in tech/digital services.
• Proven track record of revenue growth through new markets.
• Experience building relationships with C-level executives.
• Knowledge of digital transformation, cloud, AI, data analytics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in remote/distributed teams and collaboration tools.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive BD strategy to drive market penetration and revenue growth for digital transformation services.
• Identify and pursue new strategic partnership opportunities with technology providers, system integrators, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and untapped market segments.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with potential clients and partners at executive levels.
• Lead the negotiation and structuring of complex deals and partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment and successful go-to-market strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Develop compelling business cases and proposals to secure new business.
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate forecasting to senior leadership.
