Kydeoh Teknei is seeking a strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth in Mexico. This fully remote role requires identifying new markets, forming partnerships, and earning revenue through innovative BD initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in BD or enterprise sales in tech, fluency in Spanish and English, and proven ability to engage C-level executives. Remote collaboration tools and travel as needed are supported.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales in tech/digital services.
• Proven track record of revenue growth from BD initiatives.
• Experience building relationships with C-level executives.
• Strong knowledge of digital transformation, cloud, AI, and data analytics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in remote or distributed teams with collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive market penetration and revenue growth for digital transformation services.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new strategic partnership opportunities with technology providers, system integrators, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and untapped market segments.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with potential clients and partners at executive levels.
• Lead the negotiation and structuring of complex deals and partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment and successful go-to-market strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Develop compelling business cases and proposals to secure new business.
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate forecasting to senior leadership.
