Aimti, a global digital transformation leader, is seeking a strategic Business Development Manager for a fully remote role in Mexico. You will identify new markets, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth through innovative BD initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in BD or enterprise sales, a proven track record with C-level executives, deep knowledge of cloud, AI, and data analytics, and fluency in Spanish and English. Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales in tech/digital services.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
• Strong ability to engage C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Deep knowledge of digital transformation, cloud, AI, and data analytics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams with collaboration tools.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate markets and grow revenue.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with technology providers and system integrators.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and untapped segments.
• Build long-term relationships with potential clients and partners at executive levels.
• Lead negotiations and structuring of complex deals.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align GTM strategies.
• Represent the company at events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
• Develop business cases and proposals to win new business.
• Manage a pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to leadership.
