Job summary

Solera Corporation seeks an Installation Supervisor to lead a team of Installation Coordinators and ensure smooth installations of automotive and fleet solutions in Mexico City. You will coordinate with Sales, Account Management, and leadership to deliver timely, high-quality installations while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 1+ year of relevant experience, excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 1+ year in similar role preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to set clear expectations with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Installation Coordinators to ensure timely and quality installations.
• Develop, improve, and maintain installation processes to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management and leadership to satisfy clients.
