Solera Installation Services is seeking a Supervisor of Installation Services in Mexico City to oversee Installation Coordinators and ensure smooth deployments of automotive and fleet solutions. You will collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and leadership to deliver timely, high-quality installations that meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in Fleet Management or Automotive Industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to set expectations and communicate goals with customers and team members.
• Independent and collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Lead Installation Coordinators and collaborate with Sales and Account Management to ensure timely, high-quality installations.
• Develop, improve, and maintain installation processes while meeting SLAs and driving customer satisfaction.
• Oversee workload and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
