Job summary

Solera Corporation in Mexico City seeks a Supervisor of Installation Services to lead Installation Coordinators and manage installation projects for automotive and fleet solutions.

You will drive process improvements, ensure timely, high-quality deployments, and maintain strong customer focus. The role requires coordination with Sales, Account Management, and leadership to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 1 year experience in similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to set expectations and communicate goals with customers and team.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Working knowledge of hardware installation, fleet management systems, telematics, and related technologies.
• Experience with web and mobile device technologies.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and manage workload.
• Strong issue understanding and escalation handling.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and demonstrate decision making.
