• Requires Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• At least 3–5 years in: Business Development - Channel Development, Project Management in Automotive, New Energy or EV charging infra.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business development and partnership development for BYD Flash Charging projects in Mexico.
• Identify and develop relationships with BYD dealers, shopping malls, commercial property owners, parking operators, EV charging operators, and other strategic partners.
• Identify potential charging locations and manage from initial contact and business model development through negotiation and project implementation.
• Develop and negotiate cooperation models including site leasing, joint investment, and operational partnerships.
• Manage commercial activities including contracts, quotations, internal approvals, and negotiations.
• Coordinate with Product, Infrastructure, Legal, Finance, Procurement and other teams to ensure project execution.
• Maintain a project and partner pipeline with opportunities, stages, and timelines.
• Travel nationwide and conduct on-site visits as required.

Flash Charging Business Business Coordinator

About the Role

BYD Mexico is looking for a Flash Charging - Business Business Coordinator –to lead the development of strategic partnerships and business opportunities for BYD Flash Charging projects in Mexico.

This role will be responsible for identifying and developing potential charging sites, building relationships with strategic partners, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving projects from the initial business discussion through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development and partnership development for BYD Flash Charging projects in Mexico.
• Identify and develop relationships with: BYD dealers, Shopping malls, Commercial property owners , Parking operators, EV charging operators, Other strategic partners and potential site owners.
• Identify potential charging locations and manage the process from initial contact and business model development through negotiation and project implementation.
• Develop and negotiate suitable cooperation models, including: Site leasing, Joint investment, Operational partnerships, Other strategic cooperation models .
• Manage commercial activities including contracts, quotations, internal approvals, and negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Product, Infrastructure, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and other relevant departments to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain an accurate project and partner pipeline, tracking opportunities, stages, next steps, and expected implementation timelines.
• Travel nationwide and conduct on-site visits as required.

Requirements:

Education

Bachelor's degree or above in: Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Engineering Management, or a related fields.

Experience

• At least 3-5 years of experience in: Business Development - Channel Development, Project Management in the Automotive industry, New Energy, EV Charging Infrastructure. Different Experience or área Will be not considered.
• Advanced English proficiency
• Experience negotiating with automotive dealers, large commercial clients, property owners, or corporate partners is a must
• Strong understanding of business development and commercial processes
