BYD Mexico is seeking a Dealer Network Performance Manager to strengthen the financial performance, profitability, and sustainable growth of our dealer network. The role centers on turning financial and operational data into actionable business strategies while leading the implementation and governance of the Snap-on Business Management platform and managing the Floor Plan Financing program.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related fields.
• Experience with Big Four consulting or automotive financial performance is a must.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the Snap-on Business Management platform.
• Own and manage the Floor Plan Financing program across the dealer network.
• Analyze dealer P&L statements, balance sheets, financial indicators, and profitability performance.
• Identify financial risks, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve dealer profitability.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and action plans to strengthen dealer performance.
• Monitor the financial health of dealers and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Develop financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to support business decision-making.

BYD Mexico is looking for a Dealer Network Performance Manager to play a strategic role in strengthening the financial performance, profitability, and sustainable growth of our dealer network.

This position will be responsible for transforming financial and operational data into actionable business strategies, while leading the implementation and governance of the Snap-on Business Management platform and managing the Floor Plan Financing program.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial analysis capabilities with strategic thinking, business acumen, and experience managing multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of the Snap-on Business Management platform.
• Manage the relationship with Snap-on as a strategic business partner, ensuring system enhancements meet BYD's business requirements.
• Analyze dealer P&L statements, balance sheets, financial indicators, and profitability performance.
• Identify financial risks, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve dealer profitability.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and action plans to strengthen dealer performance.
• Own and manage the Floor Plan Financing program, ensuring proper execution and compliance across the dealer network.
• Monitor the financial health of dealers and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Develop financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to support business decision-making.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Aftersales, Network Development, and Headquarters on cross-functional initiatives.
• Translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations that support sustainable network growth.
• Monitor key business and financial KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience as coordinator in financial analysis, consulting, business management, FP&A, or a related field.
• Strong experience working in Big Four Consulting (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG), Financial Audit & Consulting, Automotive OEM or Dealer Network Financial Performance is a must.
• Proven experience in:
• Financial Statement Analysis
• P&L Analysis and Management
• Profitability Analysis
• Business Strategy
• Experience with Power BI or Business Intelligence tools
• Advanced English proficiency is a must
