Amazon Mexico City seeks a First Mile Regional Manager to lead across multiple operation sites, developing a team of Shift Managers and reporting to the Senior Operations Manager. You will drive a people‑first culture, coaching teams to peak performance while balancing business goals.

You will champion continuous improvement initiatives, drive productivity, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align staffing, schedules, and performance across the network.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Experience hiring and developing diverse teams.
• Experience in program management, logistics, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of root cause analysis or problem solving experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 or above).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee overall management, control, and strategic direction of the SCP (Seller Processing Center).
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are met and promote safety culture.
• Lead inventory control and real-time metric updates.
• Drive productivity improvements and cost per unit reductions.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and Security, IT for staffing and performance.
• Lead Six Sigma projects across sites and wider network.
